Role
As Head Waiter you will be responsible for the smooth running of the floor during service and will
Report directly to the Restaurant Manager. You will be in charge of all waiters and commis waiters
And will be an integral part of maintaining a healthy relationship between the kitchen and the floor staff. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction and maximising business opportunities by implementing whilst managing a relaxed, efficient working atmosphere and an average working
Week consisting of 7-8 shifts (50-60 hours per week) with 2 days off.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven, long-term professional history within a high-end
restaurant or Michelin Star type environment. You will have an evident passion for high quality
hospitality and exceeding customer expectations along with an instinctive ability to lead and train a team with enthusiasm and drive. The ability to work very well under pressure and maintain a smile is
essential!!
