Role
As Sous Chef you will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and working closely with an award-winning, internationally acclaimed Chef. You will take responsibility for all Head Chef duties in their absence, you will be an active member of the senior team and will carry out all tasks to ensure the smooth running of a professional kitchen at all times. The successful candidate will be involved in the recruitment, training and motivation of all junior members of the brigade. The successful applicant will be involved in the creative side of menu creation and implementation. Average hours of work will currently be 4 split shifts with 3 days off per week.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven, long-term professional history within a high-end
restaurant or Michelin Star type environment. You will have an evident passion for high quality,
fresh food and demonstrate excellent leadership and training abilities. Your attention to detail
will be second to none and the ability to keep a cool professional stance when the going gets
tough, essential.
