Role
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be focused on generating corporate client needs through networking and direct selling. You will be expected to meet sales targets as specified by the directors. You will carry out all necessary administrative duties and maintain a healthy, productive relationship with existing clients. The ideal applicant will innovate new markets and products in line with the Company’s criteria, in addition you will be required to attend networking events, exhibitions etc. both in the U.K and internationally.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate must ideally have some experience in the Serviced Apartment/Extended stay market but must have at least one year’s corporate sales experience in the hotel or serviced apartment industry. You will be instinctively sales driven and have thorough market knowledge. You must demonstrate innovation and posses excellent inter personal and communication skills. You must be able to travel both nationally and internationally subject to the company’s requirements. Proven administration skills along with exceptional personal presentation and time management abilities are a must.

Salary & Benefits
£30,000-£35,000 OTE
25% Target related bonus paid quarterly
