Role
You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and will be an active member of the brigade working on all of the sections and responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence including ordering and stock maintenance, you will be a key member of the kitchen’s senior team involved in the recruitment and training of junior members of the brigade. Shift patterns are 5 straight shifts per week, Monday-Friday.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven long term experience within a similar professional situation. You must possess a real passion for good, fresh ingredients and be able to work efficiently under a lot of pressure within a high-volume service environment. Good training skills are preferred and the ability to remain calm when put to the test is essential. You must be a strong, natural leader.
Salary & Benefits
£28,000 - £30,000
