Role
The successful applicant will be solely in charge of a large brigade and will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will be responsible for all the day to day running of the kitchen, liaising with suppliers, being able to source new suppliers in line with the company’s high quality specification. You will be involved in house marketing and daily administrative duties, recruiting, training and motivation of the kitchen team along with adhering to budgets and excellent GP performance is expected.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven history in a similar American style, quality brasserie operation and be more than comfortable in a high volume, speedy operation and remain calm and efficient when the going gets tough, setting a very high standard to your team! You must display a personable, fun attitude with an evident passion for good food. A proven, long term history in similar environments is absolutely essential. You will demonstrate good administrative skills and be an inspirational leader.
