This Contemporary, stylish Eatery located in the City of London is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter/ress to join their friendly and professional team.

Passionate about simple Mediterranean food, this modern Restaurant Cafe and Deli is bustling from Breakfast through Lunch offering Daily Changing Menus featuring authentic regional recipes reflecting the season and what is fresh at market. All ingredients are Organic & Free Range and sourced from quality UK suppliers and producers.

With modern Interiors, the Restaurant caters for 30 - 40 Lunch covers with additional, busy Cafe and Take-Out trade throughout the day.

Role

Working Within a Small Team, Daily Responsibilities Include:

Table & Station Set Up

Menu Recommendations, Orders, Up Selling, Food & Beverage Service

Cash & Credit Control, Closing Bills

Daily Hygiene Procedures & Cleaning Duties

Contracted to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (including breaks), Benefits include ongoing in-house training (menu knowledge, etc), a well structured working environment, cash tips, regular performance related salary reviews, paid annual leave (Restaurant Cafe closed over Christmas & New Year) and meals on duty.

With proven Waiter/ress experience gained within similar, quality Restaurant and/or Cafe establishments, you will have strong all round skills and enjoy working in a small team.

High levels of energy are essential, since service is fast paced. Reliable and well presented, you will also enjoy interacting with guests and have real focus on standards - exceeding guest expectations wherever possible.

Salary & Benefits

£20,000 OTE - £17,000 Basic Start Salary pa + Cash Tips

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 Hrs P/Wk Incl Breaks)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
