This fashionable Restaurant located in London’s Mayfair is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Head Breakfast Chef to join their established team.

A Grade II listed Building, this stunning Restaurant features grand interiors and offers award winning Menus sourcing Organic & free Range ingredients from quality UK suppliers & producers.

Open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - this high profile Restaurant attracts a loyal and discerning clientele all year round.

Role

Working closely with the Executive Chef - Leading a Breakfast Team of 5, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting Breakfast Menu from 7.00am - 11.30am Monday to Friday and from 8.00am - 11.30am on Weekends.

Responsibilities:

Direction of Breakfast Team

Breakfast Mise en Place & Service - 300 to 400 Covers

Stock Control: Orders, Daily Line Checks, Stock Counting & Wastage Control

Rotas, Chef Recruitment & Training, Briefings

Daily Hygiene Procedures & Cleaning Rosters

Contracted to work 45 hours over 5 days (5.00am - 2.00pm) within a well equipped Kitchen, Benefits include a Well Structured & Professional Working Environment, Service Charge, Quarterly Bonuses, Ongoing In-House Training, External Courses and Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews with Excellent Opportunities of Progression & Movement within this Established, Independent Group.

Candidate Profile

You will have proven Snr Breakfast Chef experience gained within quality/award winning Restaurant Brasseries and/or Hotels with knowledge of European cuisine an advantage.

With passion to cook great food and a real ability to deliver high standards within a fast paced service environment, you will be able to work well under pressure and on your own initiative, enjoying menu planning and team training.

Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be up to date on current Hygiene Legislation.

Salary & Benefits

£22,000 - £24,000 Basic Start Salary + Min £2,000 S/C + £2,000 Bonus Package pa - OTE: £26,000 to £28,000 pa

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
