Role

The successful candidate will be supporting the General Manager in all the day-to-day aspects of the business. You will be involved in recruitment, training and motivation of the FOH team with a very hands-on approach. You will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the venue maximising business opportunities from every angle.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven history in a senior supportive role demonstrating a good knowledge of food and wine. A flexible ‘can do’ attitude is a must and you will be a strong, inspirational leader. Experience with managing in accordance with budgets and revenue forecasting is essential. The successful applicant will be sales driven and an excellent motivator.
