Role

• Working in an assisting/supportive role with the Head Chef
• Involved with training and motivation
• You will be required to manage stock levels and take control of ordering
• With the Head Chef, you will be in charge of a brigade of up to 14
• Maintaining high standards and setting them as an example



Candidate Profile

• The successful candidate will have previous Sous or junior Sous Chef experience
• You will be expected to have basic computer and administration skills
• Proven history in a ‘branded’ environment is preferable
• Good training skills along with effective communication attributes
• Will be confident with ordering according to restaurant’s immediate situation
