Role
• The successful candidate will be in an assisting/supporting role working closely with the General Manager and kitchen members whilst being an inspirational, approachable team leader for the F.O.H team.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high customer service whilst in keeping with the fun, relaxed atmosphere
• Involved in recruitment and training for F.O.H
• Assisting with managing the business according to the P & L reports
• Adhering to budgets, and financially astute
• Involved with in-house marketing and promotional activity



Candidate Profile
• The ideal applicant will preferably have experience locally and within a similar operation
• You will have a lively, fun yet professional working attitude
• Proven food and wine knowledge is essential
• Very strong management experience is expected as well as demonstrating motivational training skills
• Previous experience with high volumes and large parties is required
• A flexible, reliable working approach is essential
• The successful candidate will be sales driven with a passion for hospitality
