The Head chef will have good autonomy with menu design. The menu changes seasonally with a daily changing specials board. Currently the food sales are around £15K net weekly.

Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• The day to day running of the Kitchen
• Menu planning and creativity
• Creating daily specials board
• Food costing
• Stock Control
• Staff training
• Recruitment
• Health and Safety regulations
• Driving food sales forward


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous Head chef experience
