This is a stunning 1* Michelin fine dining restaurant and a lounge bar. The Restaurant serves Modern European cuisine with a largely British influence. There is a brigade of 12 Chefs cooking for around 120 covers. The Head chef is currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with good experience within fine dining restaurants of a similar standard. There is excellent on going training and fantastic chances of progression within this organised and well structured Kitchen.
Role
You will be reporting to the Head Chef.
• Successful running of sections
• Menu ideas
• Supervision and training of junior staff
• Ordering and receiving of stock
• Ensuring that your section is kept in an organized state and complies with health and hygiene regulations
Candidate Profile
You will have previous experience within Rosette awarded restaurants
• Able to stay in control during a busy shift.
• Work well within a team.
• Have a real passion for food and cooking
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Wanting to progress
