Role

The successful candidate will ensure the effective, smooth running of the business, maximising occupancy rates, along with associated business opportunities, the AGM will guarantee that guests
receive a high level of quality services and maintaining a welcoming approach, assuring an extremely
clean and safe environment, being available to lend advice on how to have the best time in and around London. You will be assisting the General Manager on all aspects of the business and will be working alongside your partnering AGM and responsible for the professional activity of each Head Of Department.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills and will be wholly people focused. An evident knowledge of the hospitality industry is required and a good connection with the student/young adult demographic would also be very valuable. A good working history of reservation systems will be expected. A minimum of 2 years experience with a similar related role along with a degree or equivalent qualification in a related field would be preferable, also experience in managing a large team of staff and high guest volume. The successful candidate will be approachable and prepared to work as a team member as well as a team leader.
