Role

A great opportunity for an experienced assistant F&B manager to progress to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for general F&B duties on a day to day basis working closely with other managers and chefs to maximize business opportunities. Adhering to set budgets and managing staff and stock accordingly. The role involves recruitment, training and constant motivation of staff whilst maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and managing the health & safety program as specified by the company.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have sufficient experience in a 4-5* hotel environment. Recent professional history in London is required. The ideal candidate must hold experience in managing large teams in a busy service setting. Exemplary communication skills are a must and an evident passion for exceeding expectations. A proven knowledge of all aspects of F & B procedures along with an excellent work history is expected. Enthusiasm and drive for the business is fundamental to the position. This role is certainly ideal for an assistant manager or similar wishing to progress within their career.
