Personal Chef - Professional Family of 4 - Lunch & Dinner Menus - 5 Days P/Wk - International Travel - London W1 - £45,000 pa

Role

This is fantastic opportunity to work as a Personal Chef for a high profile, private Family Residence in Mayfair, London.

Working within a spacious, high spec. kitchen, you will be required to create and prepare Imaginative and Innovative Lunch & Dinner Menus for a Professional Family of 4, catering for occasional Functions and Dinner Parties in addition.

With no restrictions on food budget, you will ensure the kitchen is fully stocked at all times, sourcing ingredients from quality Food Stores with several Suppliers delivering directly.

With particular focus on preparing Modern European and Middle Eastern dishes, you will also be required to ensure the family maintain a healthy and nutritional eating plan at all times.

Contracted to work 5 Days Per Week (approx. 50 P/Wk incl. Breaks) and supported by a full time Kitchen Assistant, Benefits include Free Accommodation, Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews and the opportunity to Travel with the family for up to 3 Months per year.

Valid Passport Required (Family Residences located in Europe & the Middle East).

Candidate Profile

With proven Private Chef experience gained working within high profile Residences, you will have a passion to create and cook inspiring dishes with particular focus on preparing Modern European & Middle Eastern Menus.

You will have strong technical, communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and demonstrate a flexible and professional approach in all areas of responsibility.

Supported by a Kitchen Assistant, you will enjoy working on your own initiative and will be committed to ensuring consistent standards of Food Quality and Service at all times.

You will be up to date with current Hygiene Legislation and will be able to provide Excellent Employment References.
