A stunning and luxurious 4* deluxe boutique hotel set in the heart of London’s West end. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The Hotel compromises of 95 bedrooms, 2 function rooms, a stunning bar and lounge and an elegant 80 cover fine dining restaurant. The hotel is currently looking for a sales executive with at least a minimum 18 months experience within 4/5* Hotel sales management


Role:

• Maximise revenue and profit for the hotel
• Able to proactively seek and gain new business by analyzing the market trends and creating new opportunities to maximize profit
• Researching other hotel rates and promotions to keep a competitive advantage
• Keeping an up to date budget reports for use in actively generating business
• To set and negotiate room rates as agreed by the director
• Attend sales functions and client meetings
• Keeping up to date information on relevant market trends



Candidate profile
• Proven track record of proactively bringing in business
• In-depth knowledge of the London market
• Experience within 5* or 4* deluxe hotels essential
• A minimum of 18 months 4* / 5* Hotel sales management experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Graduate
• Extremely driven and passionate

Salary & Benefits
• Basic salary of £26000 - £28000
• £32000 OTE
• Excellent working environment
