Busy for Lunch & Dinner (Restaurant & Terrace) with additional Private Parties for up to 300 pax, this stylish Venue attracts a glamourous crowd from far and wide.
Role
Supporting the Bar Manager in all areas of Bar Management, you will play an integral part in the continued success of this Fine Dining Establishment.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the Smooth Running of the Bar Operation
Leading a Team of 8 - 12 Bar Staff in the Manager’s Absence
Designing Range of Classic & Contemporary Cocktails
Compiling Wine & Spirit Lists
Stock Control & Cellar Management: Ordering, Supplier Liaison, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control
Staff Training & Cocktail/Wine/Spirit Tastings
Hygiene Records & Procedures, Cleaning Rosters
Management Meetings

Candidate Profile
Proven Bar Manager Experience Gained Working within Award Winning, Fine Dining Establishments
Knowledge of Cocktails & Fine Wines Essential
Genuine Passion & Enthusiasm to Deliver the Very Highest Standards of Service
Strong All Round Skills with Ability to Lead a Dedicated Bar Team in Pressured Working Environment
Strong on Due Diligence & Up to Date on Current Hygiene Legislation

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
