This Iconic, Luxury Brasserie located in the heart of London’s West End is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join their professional team.
Recently refurbished and located within a Grade II listed building, this elegant Dining Room has an established reputation for excellence, offering award winning European cuisine, fine dining service and live Jazz.
Menus: Breakfast Menu, Jazz Brunch A La Carte Lunch & Dinner, Lunch & Dinner Specials
Open from 7.30am, serving Breakfast until 11am, 12pm - 3pm Lunch & 7.30pm - 11pm Dinner Mon to Sat, open Sunday Lunch until 4pm.
Role
Working within a Brigade of 10 Chefs - you will play an integral part in supporting the Chef in all areas of Kitchen organisation.
Catering for 50 - 90 Lunch/Dinner covers (separate Breakfast Brigade).
Responsibilities:
Submitting Menu Ideas (A La Carte & Daily Specials Menu Planning)
Mise en Place & Service - Good Section Rotation & Pass
Stock Control: Orders, Deliveries, Stock Counting, Wastage Control
Jnr Chef Training & Development
Hygiene Procedures, Cleaning Duties

Ideal Candidate
Strong Experience & Skills Gained in Quality/Award Winning Restaurant and/or Hotel Operations.
Knowledge of Modern European Cuisine an Advantage
Naturally Organised with the Ability to Multi-Task
Ability to Work Well under Pressure and on Own Initiative
Passion to Cook, Menu Plan & Develop Skills Further
Strong on Due Diligence & Up to Date on Current Hygiene Legislation
Salary & Benefits
£19,500 - £21,000 Basic Start Salary + Paid Overtime
Working Hours: 45 Hrs PW - 5 Straight Shifts
3 Months Probationary Period: Ongoing In-House Training + External Courses + Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews + Excellent Opportunities of Movement & Progression
