Passionate about simple Mediterranean food, this modern Restaurant Cafe & Deli is bustling from Breakfast through Lunch offering Daily Changing Menus with all Organic & Free Range Ingredients sourced from quality UK suppliers and producers.

With modern Interiors, this established Restaurant caters for 30 - 40 Lunch covers with additional, busy Cafe and Take-Out trade throughout the day.

Restaurant Cafe closed on Bank Holidays and over Christmas & New Year period.

Role

Leading a Small Team, you will play an integral part in the continued Success of the highly recommended Restaurant.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Daily Running of Floor with 2 Assistants

Meeting & Greeting Guests, Food & Beverage Service

Cash & Credit Control, Banking

Ordering, Supplier Liaison, Deliveries, Invoices, Wastage Control

Daily Hygiene Procedures & Records, Cleaning Schedules

Contracted to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (incl. breaks), Benefits include a Well Structured Working Environment, Gratuities, Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews, Ongoing In-House Training, Opportunities of Movement within this Expanding Independent Group.

Candidate Profile

With proven Manager experience gained within similar, quality Restaurant and/or Cafe establishments, you will have strong All Round Skills and enjoy leading a small team.

High levels of energy are essential, since service is fast paced. Reliable and well presented, you will have the ability also enjoy interacting with guests and have real focus on delivering unrivalled customer service and setting standards on the floor.

Salary & Benefits

£20,000 Basic Start Salary + Cash Gratuities (OTE: £21,500 pa)

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 Hrs P/Wk Incl Breaks)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews

Paid Annual Leave (Closed Bank Holidays and Christmas & New Year)

Meals on Duty
