This Award Winning Gastro Pub & Dining Room situated in West London is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join their professional team.

Featuring an inviting Dining Room & Bar with Open Fires and great atmosphere, this established Gastro Pub offers a varied and daily changing Menu sourcing the finest ingredients from local Farm Producers & Suppliers.

Establishing an unrivalled reputation, this Independent, Food Led Gastro attracts a loyal London following all year round.

Role

Working under an acclaimed Head Chef within a Brigade of 6 from an Open Kitchen, you will benefit from good Section Rotation working on the Grill, Larder and Pastry sections.

Catering for 40 - 100 Lunch/Dinner covers per service.

Responsibilities include:

Daily Menu Planning

Mise en Place & Service

Section Orders & Stock Control

Junior Chef Training

Hygiene Procedures & Daily Cleaning Duties

Candidate Profile

You will have experience in fast paced, quality Restaurant and/or Gastro Establishments with British Menu knowledge an advantage.

With passion to cook great food and a real ability to deliver high standards of quality and service, you will have a committed, positive working approach, work well within a team and have high levels of energy and motivation.

You will be up to date with current Hygiene Legislation.

Salary & Benefits

£18,000 - £20,000 Basic Start Salary pa

Approx. 50 Hrs P/Wk (7 Shifts over 5 Days)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews

Ongoing In-House Training + External Courses + Excellent Opportunities of Progression & Movement within this Established Independent Group

Chef Uniform + Meals on Duty
