This Iconic, Award Winning Restaurant located in London is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join their professional team.
With Contemporary Interiors, this 75 cover Restaurant with Private Dining Room offers innovative Fining Dining British Menus with all ingredients sourced from quality, regional Suppliers & Producers. Headed by an acclaimed Chef, this stunning Restaurant is open for Lunch & Dinner Tuesday to Sunday (12pm - 2.30pm & 6.30pm - 10.30pm).
Role
Working within a Brigade of 8 Chefs - catering for 40 - 80 Lunch/Dinner covers.
Responsibilities:
Submitting Menu Ideas (Daily Specials Menu Planning)
Mise en Place & Service - Good Section Rotation
Stock Control: Section Orders, Deliveries, Daily Line Checks, Wastage Control
Hygiene Procedures, Cleaning Duties
Contracted to work 55 Hrs per Week over 5 days (4 Split & 1 Straight Shifts), Benefits include a Well Structured, Professional Working Environment, Ongoing In-House Training, External Courses, Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews with Real Opportunities of Progression - Jnr Sous Chef level.
Ideal Candidate
Strong Experience & Skills Gained in Quality/Award Winning Restaurant and/or Hotel Operations
Knowledge of Modern British Cuisine an Advantage
Naturally Organised with the Ability to Multi-Task
Ability to Work Well under Pressure and on Own Initiative
Passion to Cook, Menu Plan & Develop Skills Further
Strong on Due Diligence & Up to Date on Current Hygiene Legislation
Salary & Benefits
£19000 Basic Start Salary pa + Weekly Tips (OTE: £21000 plus pa)
Working Hours: 55 Hrs P/Wk - 5 days (4 Split & 1 Straight Shifts)
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews

Progression: Opportunity to Progress to Jnr Sous Chef Level Within 6 Months
