Role

Working within a large Brigade under an Award Winning Head Chef, you will play an integral part of the Team delivering Fine Dining Menus.

Responsibilities:

Submitting Menu Ideas

Running Own Section with Demi/Commis Chef Assistance

Mise en Place (3AA Rosette Standard)

Section Orders & Stock Control

Junior Chef Training & Development

Daily Hygiene Procedures & Cleaning Duties

Contracted to work approx. 50 Hrs P/Wk (over 5 Days), Benefits include Ongoing In-House Training, Regular Performance Salary Reviews, External Courses and Excellent Opportunities of Progression.

Candidate Profile

You will have gained experience within Award Winning Restaurants and/or 5* Hotels in London with good knowledge of Modern European cuisine an advantage.

With strong All Round Skills and high Energy levels, you will demonstrate Drive and Ability to cook under pressure to a very high standard.

Committed and Reliable, you will also be up to date with current Hygiene Legislation.

Salary & Benefits

£19000 - £20000 Basic Salary pa + Bonus Incentives

Approx. 50 Hrs P/Wk (over 5 Days)

6 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
