With six stunning interconnecting Dining Rooms (110 covers) and Cocktail Bar, this sophisticated Restaurant offers award winning modern Mediterranean cuisine, live music and attentive service, attracting a discerning and varied clientele.

Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for a leading a professional and dedicated floor team to deliver high levels of product quality, standards of service and team performance.

Playing an integral part in team training and development, you will assist with additional responsibilities including stock control, financial management and business marketing.

Contracted to work 5 days out of 7 (7 shifts), this fantastic position offers ongoing in-house training, external courses, regular performance related salary reviews with good opportunities of progression and movement within this award winning, established Independent Group.

Candidate Profile

Assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of this successful Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, you will be very customer service focused and have real ability to deliver on the floor.

You will have experience in busy, fast paced establishments with a proven track record of training staff and setting standards.

With a committed, positive working approach to all duties, you will have strong all round skills, high levels of energy/motivation and enjoy interacting with both guests and team members alike.

Salary & Benefits

£25000 - £26000 Basic Start Salary pa + Bonus Incentives

Approx. 50 - 55 Hours P/Wk (7 Shifts over 5 Days)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews

Ongoing In-House Training & Development Program + External Courses
