With in excess of £0.6m annual turnover, this iconic Restaurant Brasserie features stylish interiors and has built an enviable reputation in offering excellent modern, seasonal European cuisine with the emphasis on seafood.

Offering a relaxed ambiance and attentive service, this vibrant, high profile venue attracts a loyal and discerning clientele including Celebrities and Professionals.

Role

Working closely with all Departments, you will play an integral part in continuing the success of this exclusive Restaurant operation.

Responsibilities:

Proactively Securing New Business by Anticipating Market Trends, Creating New & Varied Opportunities ofMaximising Restaurant Revenue and Profit

Competitive Edge: Comprehensive Knowledge of Competitors & Excellent Industry Contacts

Maintaining Up To Date Activity & Budget Reports for Use in Actively Generating Business

To Set & Negotiate Marketing & Promotional Incentives as Agreed by the General Manager

Attending Sales Functions, Business & Client Meetings

What Can You Offer?

With a proven track record of proactively generating new business, you will have gained a minimum of 18 months as a Sales Executive and/or Sales Manager in a comparable London Restaurant operation.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of the London market, demonstrate strong all round skills (time management, organisation, communication, etc) and have the ability to identify new opportunities of maximising Revenue and Profit.

Able to work on your own initiative, you with have a dedicated and professional approach in all areas of responsibility and have excellent levels of spoken and written English.

A Graduate of Business and/or Hospitality Management an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

£28000 - £30000 Basic Start Salary + Excellent Performance Related Incentives - £34000 pa ota

Working 45 Hrs PW (Monday - Friday)

3 months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
