Our Client is an award winning London Gastro pub group seeking a Bar Manager for there beautiful neighborhood gastro with 65 cover dining room and serving a modern British French influence al-carte menu along an comprehensive 120bin wine list and stylish seasonal cocktail menu.

Role

As the Bar manager you will primarily be responsible for staff training stack takes and developing the beverage side of the business

Your responsibilities will include:
Sales and marketing
Weekly wine tasting
Stock takes
rotas

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience within high quality Gastro pub with excellent knowledge of food & drink service also demonstrate proven team management and communications skills as well as a hunger to succeed.
