This is a new role creation to take over existing recruitment process in place and to streamline and organize an efficient HR/ recruitment infrastructure for this fast growing company

Role and Candidate Profile



Proven HR  Manager /Recruitment manager experience gained within restaurant/group operation



 



Ensure Company Compliance and best practice within the law




  • For this exciting expanding company my client is  looking for an experienced  HR Manager /recruitment manager  who can build a scalable HR infrastructure that will ensure highly effective people management and workforce development processes in place and fully operational. The infrastructure will incorporate all the usual HR processes but must also include top quality training, monitoring and assessment programmes for employees across all levels and in all roles in the business.


  • You will have generalist responsibilities for all HR-related activities across the business; ranging from HR Operations and training to employee relations and performance management. You will work pro-actively in partnership with the senior management team in order to help them deliver business results; by contributing to strategy discussions & decision-making from a people perspective. You will be responsible for helping to  develop an Operational HR strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth  and inspires a high performance and collaborative culture across the Company



Key attributes requires




  • ·Organisational skills and the ability to set up and implement new HR /recruitment systems and structures


  • ·Sound knowledge of U.K Employment Law


  • ·HR infrastructure development expertise


  • ·Change Management


  • ·Organisational development skills


  • ·CIPD Qualified or equivalent


  • ·HR Systems experience


  • ·Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry





Key Attributes required:



London opening experience an advantage from an HR perspective, proven HR track record in successful restaurant operations, efficient, energetic, and an excellent brand ambassador of the Company, able to implement and stream line processes and take control of existing recruitment processes within the company working closely with the operations manager, ability to work on own initative essential





 Salary Package:



£33 – 43 k Basic Start Salary (dependent on experience)



3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance-Related Salary Reviews + External Courses + Well Structured Working Environment
