The Company:

Privately owned consultancy and established food manufacturer currently has opportunities for experienced Senior/Sous Chefs in their latest award winning operations to include an artisanal style bakery, and upmarket restaurant and lounge.

Role Details:

A perfect role for a Senior/Sous Chef looking to grow, add to their professional profile and experience new ways of working in the sunny Carribean. 

 You will be working within an international team for both the restaurant and for private dining events.

The role will be spread over 5/6 days, you will be expected to work more over the weekend when the restaurant is at its busiest and private events are booked.

You will also be able to create and develop new menu ideas to incorporate on the menu to keep the offering fresh and updated

You will have a genuine passion for what you do and enjoy training junior staff in your methods and ways of working 

About you 

Must have background in premium comparable high end restaurant operation

In this role you will be also expected to cook off menu for some of the regular clientele so a flexible and adapatable mindset is required.

Must have a stable working history with excellent check able references 

Must maintain professionalism under pressure 

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Will have a calm professional demeanour  and a passion for delivering great product, open minded and enjoys working within a multicultural environment

Able to manage the busy service times and also able to manage the quieter times.

Salary - 3000 - 4000 US dollars - ( dependent on experience)  tax fee - plus apartment
