Café opening hrs: 7am until 9pm / 10pm Role Supporting the Café Head Chef, responsibilities include: Supporting the Head Chef with the daily smooth running of Café kitchen & service – deputising in his absence Involvement in menu planning – rolling seasonal changes Stock control: ordering, supplier liaison, deliveries & storage, helping with stock counts, wastage control Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records, Cleaning Rosters & Maintenance of Kitchen & Equipment Candidate Profile Min. 12 months experience at Snr Chef de Partie / Sous Chef level within a comparable kitchen operation – e.g. Café, Brasserie, Gastro establishments.....
