This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality or a related subject and at least one year’s management experience within the industry to join this great company. The Role Working alongside another Restaurant supervisor to manage the front of house team which includes 7 waiting staff members A completely floor based role, you will ensure that an excellent level of guest service is provided to all of the outlets customers You will provide creative input in regards to the development of the restaurants award winning menu Assist with the planning of private functions and events Develop rotas, have a good control on stock and wastage management and implement a casual style of service The Person Must have at least one years’ experience at management or supervisory level within an established restaurant Be hard working, a team player and people orientated A degree in Hospitality Management is a bonus!!
