With a high spec. open kitchen, the Restaurant caters for 30 plus Lunch covers with additional, busy Cafe & Take-Out trade throughout the day. Role Working under a talented Head Chef within a small team, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of dishes from scratch for both the Restaurant (incl. fresh pasta, bread, ice cream, chutneys & pickles) and Deli counters. With ongoing in-house training, you will work in a well equipped, open kitchen gaining experience on all sections including sauce, meat, fish, larder and pastry.
