GM Role
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience running a Pub/Restaurant
A hands-on attitude with plenty of enthusiasm for the role and a desire to move the business forward - particularly to improve the current food revenue
Good leadership and communication skills as well as experience managing multiple teams
Experience managing stock, maintaining profitable margin levels and managing supplier relationships
Head Chef
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of cooking in a pub or restaurant renowned for its perfect, British, simple food
Excellent kitchen management skills – from an HR, hygiene and financial perspective
Enthusiasm for menu creation and a passion for high quality, seasonal produce
The drive to improve the current food revenue
£50k per annum plus live-in accommodation
