About you
Proven senior chef de partie/junior sous experience gained within a fine dining Italian fresh food environment delivering on a high quality dining experience
Experience of working in comparable London Italian dining operation
Ability to cover all sections in a fresh food fast paced environment
Great attitude and team worker with drive and ambition and the intention to commit
Ability to motivate & train team members effectively
Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
