Established restauranteurs our client is looking for a head chef who can make a big splash with the menu and food experience and offer both exciting lunch and dinner options with the focus on Mediterranean healthy eating seasonal sharing focus.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to show their flair and creativity and make their own mark on the operation, they would be involved in recruiting and building a new team for the launch.
- The two floor operation is particularly busy at weekends also with a PDR
The Person
The owners are looking to build on the lunch time/evening weekly trade and are seeking a hands on head chef up to date with current trends with a proven history in successful London renown operations
Must be loyal and will have been with your current employer for a period of at least the last 12 months of your career

70 - 75 k plus bonus and share option.
