Our client is in the process of recruiting a General Manager (the site is currently being refurbed to a high spec). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, talented and passionate GM to join this exciting company. (The owners are seasoned hospitality professionals with an impressive track record), you will have full managerial input and come from a high end restaurant/brassiere background reporting directly to the MD.
With full autonomy of this multis faceted operation reporting directly to the owners
Responsible for the daily smooth running of the Bar/Restaurant/club – direction & leadership of team.
Stock Control: supplier liaison, accounts & invoices, stock auditing & GP calculation, & wastage management
Recruitment, staff training & development, personnel files, rosters & payroll
Finance Management: P&L / figure reporting, forecasting, banking, general administration
Due Diligence: H&S, Hygiene, First Aid, Fire Safety, Licensing Records & Procedures, Etc
Marketing – effective strategies & initiatives – to build awareness and generate new business
Management Meetings

You will be a natural people person and able to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills. Team building, training and mentoring your staff.
You will have worked in high end busy deluxe operations and have an extensive knowledge of food and drink
Able to deliver on service standards and have a genuine love of hospitality.
55- 70 k per annum plus bonus
