Role Details:

Responsibilities to include 

 

Running service

Bookings management

Events management

FOH rotas

Housekeeping

Waiter training

Till programming

Customer engagement and member relationship

Drink deliveries control

A few other miscellaneous items

This a really hands on role working with a team of 5 ( 10 on the rota) 

About you 

Must have at least three years’ experience at management or supervisory level within a high end service environment ( or similar members environment ) 

Relationship led

excellent trainer

Be hard working, reliability is key , a team player and people orientated/fabulous energy and entirely people/relationship  focused 

(This is not a stuffy members club environment but a creative and media/film/TV members space) 

Customer facing role - hands on, greeting and remembering members names preferences , great on  the floor and leading a  team 

Opportunity to progress within this role 

 

The club is  open lunch and dinner Monday -Friday, and Saturdays events/ weddings as necessary.  Sunday’s and Monday lunches we are closed.  You will often have the weekends and Monday off together

 40 hours guaranteed plus  paid overtime - straight shifts only 

WSET training - family environment - sit down staff lunches - friendly  and supportive team 

 

Salary & Benefits:

£38 - 40 k plus bonus
